Interim Admin Manager (12 -18 month FTC), Major (re)Insurer, London, Salary Negotiable

Eames is working closely with a leading international reinsurer on the appointment of an Interim Admin Manager. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing their in house administration capabilities, alongside overseeing the day to day running of a team of administrators.

Duties will include;

  1. Managing large teams ensuring motivation and productivity is kept to a high standard
  2. Setting up direct aspects of administration for Life business.
  3. Leading administrative aspects of due diligence and integration for new acquisitions.
  4. Involvement with assisting and implementing a new IT system.
  5. Support and development of the Direct Administration Team.
  6. Ensuring data and administration is compliant with regulatory bodies.
