Internal Audit Manager

My client is a new Virtual Bank looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join a young, dynamic and inclusive team. A bank with very much a Fintech start-up approach my client offers flexible working, casual dress among other exciting incentives and benefits. The chosen candidate will be self-motivated with an excellent ability to collaborate when necessary, and great communications skills, in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing audit approach and methodologies
• Evaluating risk and creating annual audit plans, alongside spearheading audit engagements
• Carrying out audit reports
• Informing various stakeholders of emerging risks
• Heightening awareness for internal controls

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking focusing on internal controls
• Strong knowledge of retail banking and operations
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated
