This financial services organisation is continuously investing in new and improved systems and processes. As change is a constant, the internal audit function has wisely built a small team of audit professionals who engage with projects and programmes across the organisation in order to provide assurance over the many risks associated with change management.

Naturally, these major change programmes are often IT led but the team also engage with business change. You will often be working with projects teams at the business case phase and right through the project life cycle.

This audit manager role would suit an audit professional with prior change and projects audit experience. Someone who can confidentially represent the internal audit function and provide meaningful assurance to the firm wide change agenda. The specific industry sector background is less important than the change and project management experience.

This company have fully embrace remote working and so there is scope for all combinations of home and office based work, to suit the individual.
