Following an internal promotion into a senior role in the business, a position has opened up with one of my insurance clients for an experienced internal auditor to take on an Audit Manager position.

The role will see you take on responsibility for line managing a small team as well as leading complex engagements across the full breath of the firm activities.

You will work closely with the respected Head of Internal Audit to help devise and deliver a first class internal audit plan and need to be prepared to regularly liaise with regulators and present at committee level from time to time.

This role will suit an experienced audit practitioner with deep insurance industry knowledge and experience who may be looking to step up into a formal management role for the first time, as well as people who have already gained some leadership experience in their current role.

Due to the often complex nature of the work, a professional accountancy qualification is required to be considered for this role.
