One of my insurance industry clients has navigated all the issues of 2020 without a single redundancy or use of the furlough scheme and are now looking ahead to 2021 and thinking about growth. They've created a new internal audit position and are looking for an audit professional with some prior insurance experience to join their team.
This is an international business and the London team has regional responsibility for Europe. In more normal times, this will mean a few European audits each year but nothing to frequent or any requirement to be away for more than a few days.
The team in London is quite small so each auditor will be able to work on diverse subject matter and operate with a high degree of autonomy whilst being supported but more local audit management. You will get to know all about this interesting and growing business and become a true London Insurance Market expert.
