Our client, a leading investment management firm are looking for an Analyst to join their Analytics Solutions team based in London. This team is involved with the design, development and maintenance of the business wide strategic source for instrument, portfolio and client analytics.
The key responsibility of this role is to leverage previous investment analytics knowledge and experience to help the team achieve its objective of becoming a central analytics hub for the firm. The roleholder must have the ability to understand and challenge existing methodologies and practices to become an instrumental support in defining a new series of risk and attribution solutions by using internal and external solutions.
You should be able to demonstrate experience within a similar analytical role (1-3 years) alongside a quantitative degree. Knowledge of VaR, risk sensitivity, scenario and risk limits and tactical programming capabilities is also a must. The suitable candidate should also be able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders amongst the investment, data, risk and distribution functions.
