An experienced ION platform production specialist is required to join the London application support team for one of our large financial services customers, as part of supporting rates and credit electronic trading platform globally for fixed Income products and services.
The main priorities around this role will be BAU production support issues/user enquiries, and necessary project work with regards to In-house pricing applications for Bonds and Swaps, algorithmic trading components, STP, monitoring, alerting, connectivity and server builds.
To be considered for this role you will need the following experience:
- ION - Marketview & MMI management (Workspace customization, books management)
- PXE knowledge
- Negotiating queries (auto-negotiation rules, routing rules)
- Connectivity 1st level troubleshooting
- User Access Management
- ION components management via SysAdmin
- Bloomberg TOMS knowledge would also be highly desirable.
