A leading insurer in East Anglia requires a Business Engagement Consultant. 

The role will work within a global team environment utilising resource / teams and skillsets from around the world.

The engagement team services a number of internal clients and is involved in multiple IT projects across various disciplines within the business.

The role will partner business stakeholders to translate their technology requirements into actionable solutions through developing high level business requirements.

This role will suit somebody who can operate in a consultancy position in supporting clients through the identification of potential benefits that will be integrated into programme delivery.

Required skills & experience

  • Extensive experience of working within the insurance industry.
  • Experience of customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Expertise in taking business strategy, taking this and forming IT projects initiation requirements.
  • Well versed in engaging with virtual project teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of project governance as well as change management disciplines and principles.
  • Any previous project management experience within the insurance industry would be advantageous for this role.
