The Role
A global Insurance business is looking for an IT Delivery Director to join them to support them as they look to reimagine their technical landscape. They are looking to make improvements in their application estate including to their policy administration capability.
You will work across their software development life cycle, supporting how they will improve their application estate whilst understanding the technical debt within the business and work to create improvements on how they operate their SDLC at present.
Key Skills
- Experience overseeing business & IT transformation within Insurance businesses essential
- Demonstrable experience overseeing SDLC transformations
- Strong experience across waterfall & agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management & communication
