Job Description

A large insurance organisation is currently looking for an IT PMO Analyst to join their IT PMO function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a division with the IT department. This will involve working with the relevant Head of IT and Delivery Managers to facilitate effective governance and provide support to PMs through the project life cycle.

Key skills (must have’s)

  • Experience working within the insurance industry, ideally at least two roles within insurance organisations for a prolonged period of time.
  • Experience working within an IT division.
  • Experience facilitating key governance forums.
  • Resource demand and forecasting.
  • Localised and ad hoc reporting.
  • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and project methodologies.
  • Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite as well as PPM tooling.
  • Ability to provide PPM quality assurance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
