Job Description

Our client is a leading global bank seeking to hire a Programme Manager to the team. You will be managing a portfolio of regional IT programmes to ensure delivery timeline and governance are in place. 

As the Programme Manager, you will be required to;

  • Takes full accountability for entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning, execution till reporting
  • Involved in defining project scope, cost-benefit analysis and identification of project sponsors
  • Identify, track and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks
  • Establish tracking of tasks via task reporting processes and input from task owners
  • Issue and risk management
  • Ensure governance framework in adhered to 
  • Steering Commitee meetings with key stakeholders
  • Ensure project documentation are properly signed off

​As a successful candidate, you must have;

  • 10 years of global programme management experience within Corporate Real Estate
  • Excellent communication skills with proven recent experience of interacting with senior level stakeholders internally (senior management) and externally (architects, vendors management, regional management)
  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructure technologies with proven track record of large IT programme delivery
