Job Description

Our client, a Lloyd's of London syndicate, is looking for an IT Service Manager.

This is a brand new role where you will be engaging with IT leaders to build the relationship among technical support teams, vendors and business stakeholders.You will be the PoC between the finance stakeholders and ITSM team and will ensure customer satisfaction by making sure there is appropriate service communication, management of user expectations and the translation of business service requirements to colleagues across IT.

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in quickly reacting to critical incidents and escalations.
  • Experience as an IT Delivery or Service Manager.
  • Knowledge of the Service Management framework
  • Good stakeholder management skills and translating complex IT Service issues into senior management and leadership.
  • Experience in defining, and implementing service improvement plans.
  • Service Now experience.
