Our client is a top-tier global asset management company with a large presence in the region. They are currently looking for an IT Service Manager to join their team.
As IT Service Manager with the company, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incident, problem and change requests for IT operations
- Ensuring the vendor partners meet the agreed SLAs
- Negotiating SLAs with vendor partners
- Handling major incidents and performing root cause analysis to identify underlying issues
- At least 5 years of experience working in IT service management
- Good understanding of IT operations, Data Centre Operations and Network Infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
