IT Service Operations Leader - ITIL, Service Management, Infrastructure

One of our large insurance clients are currently looking for a Technology Service Operations Lead to join the team as part of a large period of growth within the Service Operations and IT Delivery team.

Due to the nature of the role, you will only be considered if you have the following experience:

  • Must show at least 2-3+ years exp leading technical teams, with a genuine want to lead a range of cross -functional IT teams within the Service Operations and BAU space.
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL and Agile processes (ITIL certified individuals would be advantageous, but not mandatory).
  • Strong service management understanding across Incident, problem change, defect management risk management and the ability to adhere to them in terms of their day to day tasks.
  • ability to coach and lead a team of circa 10+ SME's across systems Engineering, App Support, DBA's and Desktop Support.
  • Very strong stakeholder engagement and management
