IT Service Relationship Manager
One of our large clients in the financial services industry are currently looking for a IT Service Relationship Manager to join as part of a range of projects and initiatives and to ensure the IT Service Relationship with the business is actively managed to reduce business impact, and ensure strong IT and business processes (e.g. JML) is actively managed by IT
Due to the nature of the role, you would need to have the following experience:
- Strong experience specifically as a Service Relationship Manager, working with large enterprise customers directly (not via Managed Service Providers)
- Good working experience within the SIAM/multi-supplier ecosystem would be highly advantageous
- worked and managed a range of IT Services and Customers from a Service Relationship perspective.
