We are looking for a ITSM & SIAM Implementation Manager to join a leading Financial organisation on an initial 6 months contract.
The ITSM & SIAM Implementation Manager must have the following experiences:
- To act as the SME for ITSM & SIAM, ensuring that the remaining services are designed, implemented and operated effectively by the Supplier.
- This role will be hand's on and principally take an operational, hands on approach to ensuring the services are implemented and operated effectively. This will include, ensuring that the following services are defined and take into account the Ecosystems requirements: ITSM process operation, Supplier Management, Service Level Management, CSI, Risk Management, Contract Management.
- The role will also need to understand the upstream and downstream impact of operational decisions and therefore will need to understand the strategic landscape, ensuring decisions are futureproofed.
- Requirements: Acted as the SIAM Owner/ SME in a number of large ITSM and SIAM implementation projects. Been involved in the Design of SIAM services. Acted as the Service Owner for live ITSM/ SIAM services.
