ITSM Process Design Expert - ebonding, Transition, Integration
One of our large financial services clients are currently looking for a well experienced ITSM subject matter expert to join a programme of work, focusing on Service transition, outsourcing, and SIAM Service Integration.
We are looking for someone who has worked specifically on end client side (not consultancy side) for large enterprise customers, with a 'bigger picture' and strategic thought process to help improve various live IT Services processes.
They will need to be broadly experienced across the full ITSM spectrum. Someone who has helped to build out and improve various instances like; Service Transition, Outsourcing of IT, Applications and Security, SIAM model design and process improvement, Service Governance and more importantly the ability to effectively manage offshore IT support vendors. This will also include being at the forefront of running/leading workshops, etc.
