The Pricing Team within a leading personal lines insurer are seeking a Junior Actuary to join their growing team based in Birmingham.
The key responsibilities for this role include the building and interpretation of statistical risk models, ensuring pricing strategies are both profitable and competitive within the market and assisting with account performance assessments.
The suitable candidate will be a graduate from a Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science background. A thorough understanding of personal lines general insurance is required, with previous experience in a Pricing or Reserving role being advantageous. Further to this, an understanding of data manipulation packages such as Emblem and Radar, is desired.
