Junior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst
Are you a recent graduate or working in an entry level Data Analyst role looking to enter the insurance industry?
Eames Consulting has partnered with a global reinsurer who is actively looking to grow their UK Catastrophe Modelling in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to start a Career in Catastrophe Risk where you will work with industry professionals and play a key part in assessing risk for this reinsurer.
The successful candidate will support underwriters with insurance pricing through the use of catastrophe models and aggregation tools. The successful candidate will have strong mathematical and data analysis skills along with the ability to explain complex results to multiple stakeholders. In order to be considered for this role an academic background in natural/geophysical hazards, engineering or numerate degrees is desired. Any experience working with models, SQL, Python, or R is a huge asset, even if it was academic related.
