Eames are working on an exciting opportunity with a leading insurer who are looking to hire a Junior Underwriter to join their team based in Manchester. This role is initially a 8 month FTC, and the client is looking for candidates ready to start ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with some experience in the insurane industry with a background in claims, broking and underwriting being considered.
Experience in the insurance industry is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibilities for the role include providing high standard of administrative and underwriting support to the team with collaboration across the team being of importance.
- The role further includes contributing towards the achievement of growth and revenue as well as supporting the segment in its growth.
Skills/Knowledge required:
- The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance as well as an interest in pursuing underwriting and some knowledge of the field.
