The Role
A newly minted EUC platform team is currently looking to expand their team and their offering are currently looking for a 3rd Line EUC Platform Engineer to join them. Operating a follow-the-sun model within the business, they are currently looking to add another London based resource to oversee and manage 3rd line escalated queries across the business.
You will get to oversee and work across the end-user applications, primarily SCCM which you will be responsible for configuring and using as a consumer along with general 3rd line responsibilities across the business.
Skills
- Demonstrable experience operating as a 3rd Line Engineer within a End User Support function
- Strong SCCM experience
- Experience with Citrix to a medium level
- Insurance industry experience is ideal but not essential
