Our client is one of the leading insurance firm with a strong presence in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to be the subject matter expert for all technology needs within the distribution department.
As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responnsibile for;
- Leading and managing a team of experienced Business Analyst
- Acting as a proficient point of contact / subject matter expert for all change and integration to overall business requirement
- Spearheading all partnerships with users and IT as the lead to various IT projects on supporting growth initiative on Distribution channels
- Ensuring budgets, spend management and primary focus of vendor outsourcing management
As an ideal candidate, you must possess at least 6 years of relevant business analysis working experience in insurance domain. Proven track record of managing a team of 2 minimally. In addition, having strong knowledge of business process re-engineering, latest technology and digital trends is advantageous.
