We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a prominent insurance organisation for a permeant position based in Guildford.
The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the activities of all the Business analysts involved in a large transformation programme.
Experience:
- Proven ability as a Business Analyst in a leading/senior position
- Experience of change methodologies such as Agile, waterfall and iterative techniques#
- Credible experience of working in a data-orientated business environment
- Experience of using Oracle, IBM, Cognos and SAS analytics in data projects
Highly desirable:
- Experience in an insurance or financial services.
