We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a prominent insurance organisation based in Guildford.
As the Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring the activities of all the business analysts involved in a large transformation programme.
Experience required:
- Proven ability as a Business Analyst in a leading/senior position.
- Experience of change methodologies such as Agile, waterfall and iterative techniques.
- Credible experience of working in a data-orientated business environment.
- Experience of using Oracle, IBM, Cognos and SAS analytics in data projects.
Highly desirable:
- Experience in an insurance or financial services
