Lead Reserving Actuary - Up to £120,000 + Bonus
A large personal/commercial lines insurer is seeking an experienced Reserving Actuary to build out an innovative team.
This role will sit between the traditional reserving and pricing teams, feeding analysis of historic claims into the pricing function, shaping the pricing strategy for individual lines of business.
You will additionally look to recruit, manage and mentor junior analysts. Working in tandem with the Head of Pricing & Actuarial to shape the direction of this team.
The ideal candidate has strong reserving experience, ideally within personal/commercial lines. Experience in pricing is also desirable although not essential.
