Lead Service Design & Transition Consultant - IT Transformation
One of our clients are looking for a Senior Service Design & Transition Consultant, to work on leading a range of IT transformation related initiatives, as part of a multi-year technology transformation Programme.
Due to the nature of the work, you will need to have the following to be considered:
- Must have been a senior/lead Service Design and Transition Manager, working on managing and delivering 3-4 medium sized complex IT Change projects concurrently for either large enterprise or financial services customers
- ITIL certified Service Design and Transition Lead, very heavily process driven and has implemented service design and transition processes and policies in more complex and unstructured environments.
- Projects that would be highly advantageous would be related to Digital workplace transformation, Network Infrastructure and Data Centre, as well as Finance or ERP related systems transformation.
