Job Description

A leading international bank is looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer in creating intuitive and user-friendly end-user platforms. You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for the success of a leading global bank and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities of Lead UI/UX Designer:

  • Plan and implement new designs while optimizing and continually improving existing user interface designs

  • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

  • Conduct an ongoing user research

  • Test for intuitivity and experience

  • Test new ideas before implementing

  • Create prototypes for new product ideas

  • Strong communication skills to understand client’s business goals and objectives

  • Also, effective dialogue with the development team while explaining the design and technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role

  • UI design portfolio

  • Working experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Zeplin, etc.

  • Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 .

  • Well versed with Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction & Human-centered design concepts and processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to discuss and explain design options

  • Detail-oriented and a critical thinker with a customer-centered viewpoint.
