A leading international bank is looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer in creating intuitive and user-friendly end-user platforms. You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for the success of a leading global bank and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities of Lead UI/UX Designer:

Plan and implement new designs while optimizing and continually improving existing user interface designs

Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

Conduct an ongoing user research
-
Test for intuitivity and experience
-
Test new ideas before implementing
-
Create prototypes for new product ideas
-
Strong communication skills to understand client’s business goals and objectives
-
Also, effective dialogue with the development team while explaining the design and technical requirements.
Requirements:
-
10+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
-
UI design portfolio
-
Working experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Zeplin, etc.

Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 .
-
Well versed with Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction & Human-centered design concepts and processes
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to discuss and explain design options
-
Detail-oriented and a critical thinker with a customer-centered viewpoint.
