A global top tier bank is looking for a Learning Manager to join their new establishment in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of induction programs to all new joiners.
  • Designing Professional Development Courses and Program Management.
  • Collaborate with Learning Product Specialists for execution and delivery of Global Learning Programs.
  • Collaborate with Technical SME’s.
  • Identify best vendors and build strong working relationships.
  • Vendor Management (on-boarding, contracts, agreements etc.).

Key requirements

  • Degree in Business Management in HR, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 year experience in relevant role.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management.
  • Adult learning knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to design programmes.
