A global top tier bank is looking for a Learning Manager to join their new establishment in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of induction programs to all new joiners.
- Designing Professional Development Courses and Program Management.
- Collaborate with Learning Product Specialists for execution and delivery of Global Learning Programs.
- Collaborate with Technical SME’s.
- Identify best vendors and build strong working relationships.
- Vendor Management (on-boarding, contracts, agreements etc.).
Key requirements
- Degree in Business Management in HR, Psychology or equivalent.
- Min. 5 year experience in relevant role.
- Senior Stakeholder Management.
- Adult learning knowledge and skills.
- Ability to design programmes.
