What the role entails

  • Prepare and analyze HK regulatory reporting accurately and on time
  • Prepare and analyze capital management reports and scenarios
  • Participate in the development and model building of economic capital calculation following Group’s framework
  • Work closely with the ALM & Capital team to review and coordinate activities on regulatory updates relating to actuarial, such as HK RBC requirements
  • Analyse HK regulatory capital position for Budget planning
  • Enhance and streamline control processes

What they are looking for 

  • Nearly qualified actuary from recognized actuarial body
  • 6 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry
  • Experience in valuation of reserves and required capital following HK regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge in economic capital and/or risk-based capital framework
  • Good time management
  • Effective communication skills with good problem solving & analytical skills
