Job Description

Currently seeking a Project Manager to join an M&A team of a global consultancy based in London. The responsibilities include supporting the team in the management of M&A human capital due diligence engagements, which provide project management and advisory services to both the Buyers and Sellers during the M&A environment.

The roleholder will be involved in the production of International Employee Benefits due diligence reports, the assembly and management of project teams to complete pre and post due diligence engagements and related transaction consultancy as well as assist on new business development and maintain existing relationships with clients.

The suitable candidate would likely have experience in the pensions market, International Compensation and Benefits/HR/M&A. Excellent communication skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once is a must.
