An exciting opportunity with a global insurer and responsible for the account management of distribution partners (brokers & IFAs) with the objective of growing new business volume and value.
- Formulate sales strategy for local and expatriate brokers in aligning with channel overall direction
- Implement and execute the business plans and initiatives
- Grow the new business volume and value for Life business in HK
- Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with respective partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiatives
- Identify the needs and demands of respective partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business share
- Provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunities
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of solid experience in IFA and Broker channels locally or internationally
- Sound knowledge in individual insurance products, investment market, underwriting principles, etc.
- Excellent relationship with IFAs and Brokers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Native in Mandarin is required
