Job Description

An exciting opportunity with a global insurer and responsible for the account management of distribution partners (brokers & IFAs) with the objective of growing new business volume and value.

Job Duties:

  • Formulate sales strategy for local and expatriate brokers in aligning with channel overall direction
  • Implement and execute the business plans and initiatives
  • Grow the new business volume and value for Life business in HK
  • Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with respective partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiatives
  • Identify the needs and demands of respective partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business share
  • Provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunities 

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of solid experience in IFA and Broker channels locally or internationally
  • Sound knowledge in individual insurance products, investment market, underwriting principles, etc.
  • Excellent relationship with IFAs and Brokers 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Native in Mandarin is required
