Broker seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Employee Benefits to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Account servicing for major corporate clients 
  • Handling client enquiries and renewal business
  • Service delivery to clients including preparation of underwriting specifications, assisting in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations as required
  • Assisting the team in relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business opportunities

Skills and Experience:

  • University graduate or equivalent insurance professional qualifications
  • At least 6 years' experience within Employee Benefits, preferably within a broker. Group Medical, Group Life and MPF beneficial
  • Experience in claims services is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
