Responsibilities:
- Underwrite the business within guidelines efficiently and effectively and in accordance with company processes, procedures, philosophy and risk appetite
- Drive product and underwriting excellence for profitable growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and customers in support of customer/ business retention and acquisition, provide advice to assist with the development of an account and determine their related needs
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality service to internal and external clients, brokers and management
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma graduate or above with over 7 years’ insurance experience in Property lines
- Able to work under pressure & independently
- Customers focus, result oriented & positive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
