Job Description

Our client is a bank with presence within the region seeking for document officer for the trade operations department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full transactional and operational support for trade operations
  • Handle end to end Export/Import documentary trade transactions
  • Handling checking documents for Import and Export as per LC terms.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers for any discrepancy listed in documents checking and other matters for disposal instructions.
  • Perform first level FITAS input pertaining to Trade Transactions.
  • Perform Vessel & Price check

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Min 3 years of experience within trade finance/import-export operations
  • Conversant in UCP600/ISBP/URC/URR/ISP/INCOTERMS and MT Swift messages
  • CDCS would be advantages
