Marine Claims Handler

A leading international insurer is seeking a Marine Claims Handler to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high standard and timely services in accordance with the agreed business protocols and/or any specific services standards
• Work with senior management to develop strategies with vendors while identifying larger and more complex losses
• Support underwriting team in winning and retaining business, and participate in external marketing and business development activities 
• Handle claims related inquiries from the policyholders, brokers and relevant stakeholders

Skills:

• University graduate or equivalent insurance professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in claims handling, specifically across Marine lines 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a multi-cultural environment
