Ideal Candidate:
- Interest rate derivatives knowledge
- BA/PM experience in an Investment Banking, Front Office environment
- Experience of drafting policies and procedures
- IB Sales & Trading experience including understanding of conflicts of interest, trading controls
- Control frameworks, risk management, & regulatory demands
- Conduct risk
