An international broker is looking for a technically and commercially minded individual to join their life reinsurance broking team. The role is based in Singaore and there will be opportunities for you to travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, you'll have the opportunity to execute the most exciting and challenging projects.
- Build and harness experience studies to price and develop innovative products
- Place, negotiate and structure reinsurance treaties
- Actively manage client accounts and intereact with clients to find the best solution for them.
Suitable candidates will be newly or nearly qualified actuary with prior experience in building a basic cash-flow pricing model in Excel. Familarity with critical illness, integrated shield or medical products is preferred. Candidates should possess good communication skills and enjoy working as a team to solve problems in an unstuctured environment.
