My client, a growing commercial and trade finance bank, is looking for a Management Information Data Analyst for a newly created position. The role is located in the City of London paying up to £60k for the right candidate.
Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be mainly responsible for analysing management information, identifying gaps, and providing solutions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, reviewing spreadsheets used by various departments, and working with the bank's existing vendors to drive improvements.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience evaluating business processes as well as concisely explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Your programming, database and analysis experience will be crucial for this role as you will heavily rely on Microsoft Excel, VBA, and SQL. Your study of a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, economics, finance or engineering would lend well to this opportunity.
