Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a Specialist Motor Insurer who are looking to hire a Product Manager to join them in a highly technical capacity in supporting the development of their Motor Products Underwriting Strategy – holding key responsibility for the creation and delivery.
Reporting directly to the Head of Underwriting:
- Establishing an effective underwriting strategy and directly contributing to the delivery and implementation of these product lines. Product lines cover Commercial Motor i.e. taxi, private hire, chauffeurs etc.
- Driving the development of Trading activity through both new and existing business relationships.
- Implementation of governance & compliance frameworks.
- Utilising extensive experience in the market to inform your selection of risk appetite and pricing of products. Consistently monitoring appetite ensuring all opportunities are taken advantage of.
- Holding accountability for the financial proposition and performance of products, including
- Working seamlessly with the Pricing team in order to develop market pricing – contributing to strategic and financial goals.
- Working closely with all business areas to ensure clear delivery of product proposition.
- It’s essential you have strong market awareness in Motor product propositions.
