We are working exclusively with a global top tier bank to help them build a new team of 9 in their Warsaw, Poland office.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a world renowned bank in a global function and be a part of their growth and expansion. The 9 people we are looking for vary in seniority as follows:
- 1 x Director/Team Lead – Ideally 7+years of experience.
- 5 x Associate Director/Senior Manager – Ideally 4+ years of experience.
- 3 x Associate – Ideally 2+ years of experience.
Key requirements
- Exposure in treasury, asset and liability management, IRRBB, Liquidity Risk, modelling forecasting and /or Risk.
- Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders.
- Prior experience/knowledge with Balance Sheet Management platforms.
- ALM and Commercial Book products.
- Internal Liquidity Stress Testing.
- LCR and NSFR.
- Advanced level of VBA, SQL and Excel.
- Strong people management skills required for Director/Team Lead level role.
