Our client is one of the leading global financial services firm. They are looking to hire a high-calibre Network Operations Manager to head up the regional Network Operations.
As the Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Managing and leading the regional network operations and be the escalation point for high priority network related incidents
- Partnering with multiple cross-functional support groups and service providers to identify and resolve all network related incidents
- Performing regular governance with partners to review service levels and ensure service improvement plans
- Spearheading and take charge of continuous improvement of operational process and opportunities to automate manual tasks
- Plan and participate in weekend on-call duty roster
As an ideal candidate, you must have;
- Proven working experience in leading large enterprise network operations for at least 5 years
- Excellent technical working knowledge of Cisco R&S and wireless infrastructure
- Fantastic competencies of advance network troubleshooting, firewalls, load balancers, proxies infrastructure
- Good team managing experience and proven track record of managing external resources
- Fantastic communicator at all levels that includes stakeholder/vendor management
