Onboarding Analyst (Requires Familiarity with KYC and AML processes) - Insurance Experience would be highly advantageous.
A leading city based insurance organisation requires an Onboarding Analyst on an initial fixed term contract until the end of 2020.
Onboarding Analyst Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth,a successful on-boarding experience for participants onto the appropriate platforms and systems.
- Gain a detailed knowledge of the on-boarding process, including the multiple systems used within the process.
- Shape and continually improve the on-boarding process, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on this systems and act as the first point of escalation for market issues and queries.
- Perform vital KYC checks on both organisations and individuals as required.
- Produce comprehensive MI on the progress against targets with recommendations for remedial action when needed.
Onboarding Analyst Required Experience:
- Experience of quickly familiarising ones self with different processes and systems to become an SME.
- Experience within the KYC space.
- Financial services experience, experience of the insurance market will be highly advantageous.
- Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
