Our client, a fast growing – innovative financial services organization is currently looking for Operation Risk Officer to join their Technology and Product Team. As a Operation Risk Officer with the company, you will be responsible for:
Driving the end to end implementation of operational risk policies, technical tool and governance processes.
Manage the stakeholders expectations, monitor the project timeline and manage the project risk
Work with the business, operation, engineering team to on scoping and recommending delivering solution on the AML/CFT product and technology regulation
Support regulatory compliance on the internal and external policies, control and processes.
Key Requirements
Recognized local university degree of Bachelor or above in computer science, finance, engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 years of experience with the fintech or banking industry
Basic MANTAS system knowledge would be a plus point
Proficient in English and Mandarin, in order to collaborate with counterparts/vendors
Solid technical knowledge on the banking related application and supporting services, systems and business operation procedures
