A Lloyd’s Syndicate is looking to on board an Operations Analyst that will sit within the Group Operations Function. The newly created role will report into the Group Operations Performance Manager and will cover Underwriting, Claims, and wider business functions.
You will work with the team to improve processes and systems and will be heavily involved in large scale projects that will affect the business. You will also assist with designing, delivering and ongoing development of a suite of performance measures and regular MI.
Experience and knowledge with Business Analysis methodologies and techniques is advantageous. Good presentation and stakeholder management experience is essential as this role will liaise with various business units.
