My insurance client is looking for an Operations Associate to support the continuous improvement of performance management across the business.
ROLE
- Manage performance improvement oversight of syndicate performance
- Documentation of performance management
- Prepare a variety of reports for management
SKILLS
- Experience of delivering within large-scale complex processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Lloyds market background preferable, insurance experience essential
- Ability to analyse, manipulate and present MI from a range of data source
- Understanding of data governance and structures
- Very good excel
