Eames are working with a Lloyd's Syndicate looking to hire Operations Lead (Job Share - 3 Days Per Week) to support their Actuarial division, ensuring efficiency and fostering a process-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage delivery schedules.

· Oversee timesheet data collection and analysis.

· Create and manage process documents and controls.

· Communicate team data requirements.

· Assist with team projects and maintain documentation libraries.

· Handle external operational queries.

Previous experience working with Actuarial teams would be highly advantageous. Insurance operations experience is essential for this role. This role is offered on a job share basis 3 days per week and would require someone to be in the office 1 day per week.
