Eames is currently working with a well-regarded broking house looking to appoint an Operations Manager to join their growing team in London.
Our client has a strong presence in the US and has taken the decision to establish a London Market operation. There is substantial investment available to ensure this is successful and as such we are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are excited by the proposition of creating and leading an operational function from the onset.
For this role, broad operational exposure within a broker is required (compliance, regulatory, licensing, reporting etc), however support will be available for any additional training that’s required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious and looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a range of operational responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded broker with strong growth plans in the UK and will suit someone currently working in a small to medium size broker operating with a broad set of operational responsibilities, or someone working within a large broker who is looking to move away from a siloed working environment to gain more accountability.
