Job Description

My client, a global insurance organisation are currently looking for an Operations/Third Party Manager to ensure all outsourced and third-party processes and systems operate within the governance model. They will also work closely with procurement to create supplier review and selection process

The successful candidate will have experience working with outsourced operations as well as solid commercial/supplier management experience in a BPO environment with a good understanding of sourcing and budget management. Exposure to supplier contract management is preferred.

Key skills (must haves)

  • Experience working with and influencing outsourced operations, preferably offshore
  • Commercial and Supplier management experience in a BPO environment
  • Excellent understanding of sourcing and budget management
  • Supplier contract management
  • Strong communication skills including influencing, stakeholder management and presentation
  • Ideally financial services experience, insurance a plus
