A large reinsurer is looking to on-board a P&C support manager to join their team in London. 

This is a cross functional role and would be a key interface between the underwriting, claims and finance teams.

The P&C support manager will be accountable for delivering and improving the administrative and technical accounting functions across our client’s P&C business unit. This will include developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring alignment with our client’s global processes and procedures.  

This is a very high profile role within our client’s business, and as such we expect this individual to have proven experience engaging with various senior stakeholders up to board level.

Exposure to multiple business units, which could include underwriting, claims, reinsurance, credit control, or technical accounting, is essential. A successful candidate would also have sophisticated communication skills and be confident in overseeing the implementation of processes and procedures to ensure best practices across various business units.
