A rapidly expanding business in the General Insurance space are looking for a Relationship Manager who will have a key role in developing the existing relationships in order to drive sales and growth for the business.

Main responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of engagement, contact and resolution for the account partners.
  • Collaboration with the existing partners to design sales campaigns, incentive programs or process improvement to drive sales targets.
  • Involvement in designing business cases for additional or new products through the partnerships.
  • Ensure that the processes are compliant with the regulations.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have previous experience in Insurance, Retail banking or Wealth management.
  • A recognised University Degree or professional qualifications and Insurance certificates.
  • Have a strategic and creative approach to solving challenges. Has an analytical mind and is comfortable with using data to support decisions.
  • A demonstrated track record of performance and ability in sales management.
  • Ambitious and hungry to want to achieve more and do better.
