As part of an ongoing investment in our culture of performance and learning, we have created this exciting position of People and Performance Director which works closely with our Directors to drive accountability but ultimately takes ownership for all aspects of L&D group-wide.

 Key areas of responsibility:

 Develop and implement an annual agenda for learning and development at all levels and across all offices to support the needs of the business

  • Conduct training needs analysis: design and implement an L&D plan with input from business heads
  • Source external training providers where required to deliver bespoke training solutions
  • Deliver training to all levels of the organisation
  • Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probation periods as well as triggers for promotion
  • High levels of input to the reinforcement and communication of our high performance culture
  • Provide management information and performance reports on data such as staff turnover, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive and Directors on all future L&D strategy.

 Skills & experience required:

  • Considerable experience of designing and delivering training content
  • Outstanding multi-tasking, time and project management skills
  • Ability to influence senior managers and build strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders
  • Organised with good attention to detail, efficiently prioritising actions to successfully meet deadlines
  • Previous L&D experience within a sizeable recruitment business ideally with international reach and in the financial services sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm, drive and tenacity
  • A level of travel may be required and some level of flexibility to accommodate Asia time differences
  • Degree educated (preferred but not essential)
